Things To Do in Lake Tahoe

I’ve been photographing cars much longer than I’ve been sharing proof of them on Instagram, which in and of itself first started nearly eight years ago when this medical education kicked into gear. With a few months left of residency, it’s humbling to reflect both on the hilarious, honest, and inspiring friends I’ve made thanks to this seemingly innocuous photo-taking-thing, as well as the opportunities it has continued to open up in my life. It’s reminded me that it’s ok to do something simply because it makes you happy, especially in an era in which it feels like if you aren’t investing your time in something “productive” to help you get ahead, you must be falling behind. I can’t wait, post-graduation, to both join my dream practice, and to finally update some of my camera gear in order to find some new ways to happily “waste” my time. 🙃

Summer time in Lake Tahoe has so much to offer. My group joyously enjoyed a full day of wine tasting thanks to #winetoursfromtahoe 🍷😻 6 of us fit comfortably when we were picked up from our residence, and included tasty lunch and all of our wine tastings at 4 different gorgeous vineyards in the #eldoradofoothills near #southlaketahoe. Our driver and guide John was so nice, fun and very knowledgeable about wine and the area. Couldn`t have had a better experience with this personable tour guide/company. To be picked up and dropped off at our residence made our experience stress free and extra enjoyable.
